Professional Supervision

I trained as a supervisor in 2019 partly to further my own understanding of the counselling process, and partly to give me the chance to work with other counsellors, as this is something that I am passionate about. I have already worked with all levels of counsellors from trainees to highly experienced professionals and always find it both challenging and rewarding. I use the Seven Eyed Model when working with supervisees as I find it gives me chance to look at all aspects of the supervisee/client relationship. This is ultimately from a person-centred base, as that's where my counselling style generally lies.
